1. Introduction

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one wc99 account at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and any balances forfeited. Verification of Identity

wc99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3. Account Responsibilities

Once your wc99 account is created, you are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within it. This responsibility includes:

• Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential and not sharing them with any other person.
• Logging out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notifying wc99 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensuring that all contact information associated with your account (mobile number, email address) remains current and accurate.
• Not allowing any underage person access to your account.

wc99 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials. However, if you report suspected unauthorised access promptly, we will investigate and take appropriate action to protect your funds.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

wc99 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider — in most cases this is instantaneous, though bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and will be returned or flagged for investigation. wc99 does not accept deposits in any currency other than PKR.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your wc99 account. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, as a standard anti-money-laundering control. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There are no fees charged by wc99 on withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes during banking hours. Visa/Mastercard refunds may take 3–5 working days depending on your card issuer. Withdrawal processing may be delayed if identity verification documents are outstanding or if a withdrawal triggers a routine fraud review.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. • Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through the creation of multiple accounts — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for each bonus. Bonuses not wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from your account.
• wc99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus credited to an account found to have been obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of software, bots, or organised group betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Where a player withdraws funds before meeting a wagering requirement, wc99 will deduct the outstanding bonus amount from the withdrawal before processing.

Referral Bonuses

The wc99 referral programme rewards existing players for introducing new players to the platform. Referral bonuses are paid only when the referred player completes registration, makes a qualifying deposit, and meets any stated activity requirement. Self-referrals — creating additional accounts to refer yourself — are strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts involved being permanently closed.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on wc99 are governed by rules specific to each game type. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms, the specific game rule takes precedence.

Bets Once Placed

Once a bet or wager has been confirmed — either by pressing a bet/play button or by the commencement of a game round — it cannot be modified or cancelled. All confirmed bets are final. wc99 will not reverse confirmed bets on the basis of a player changing their mind or claiming to have placed a bet in error.

System Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of a technical fault, server error, or game malfunction that affects the outcome of a round or bet, wc99 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return all stakes to the players involved. Winnings arising from a clearly erroneous game result — for example a game displaying an incorrect payout multiplier due to a software bug — will not be honoured and will be reversed. wc99 will communicate any such reversals to affected players directly.

Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on wc99 — including cricket, football, and other sports — are governed by official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. wc99 reserves the right to suspend or void any market where match integrity is in question. Bets placed after the start of an event (in-play bets) are accepted subject to the real-time availability of the market and the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wc99 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any outstanding balance, and in serious cases referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in card games, sports betting, or any multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery should be reported to our support team immediately.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraudulent activity, or as part of any criminal enterprise.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Impersonating another player, wc99 staff member, or any other person.
• Attempting to manipulate sports betting markets through insider information or in coordination with match participants.
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward wc99 staff or other platform users.
• Creating multiple accounts or otherwise circumventing account restrictions, bans, or self-exclusion measures.

wc99 employs automated fraud detection systems and regular manual account audits to identify prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited activity forfeit all rights to any balance held in the affected account(s).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the wc99 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, and audio — is the intellectual property of wc99 or its licensed game providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any wc99 content without our express written permission.

Game software and content provided by third-party game providers on wc99 remains the intellectual property of those providers. Use of any such content outside the platform is not permitted under any circumstances.

• Where wc99 is found to be liable for a loss, our liability is limited to the value of the funds in your wc99 account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits wc99's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by wc99

wc99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• A breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspected criminal conduct.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player has registered under a self-exclusion agreement.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Upon account closure for a breach of Terms, wc99 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. If no breach is substantiated following investigation, any eligible funds will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your wc99 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@wc99.biz. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened upon request, subject to verification, unless the closure was part of a self-exclusion arrangement — in which case the self-exclusion period must be honoured in full.

12. Changes to These Terms

wc99 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
